This Group is interested in how computers and associated systems work, for example the new G5 telephone network and Bluetooth. Members take it in turn to research a topic and give a presentation. When the Covid pandemic has ended we will resume meeting in members homes, until then we use Zoom.

We are a diverse group, with a common interest in Science and Technology and how they affect our everyday lives. Whether you want to learn how things work, discuss big issues in science today, or share an interest in great scientists and engineers of past days, you will fine a kindred spirit in our group.
Some recent subjects: electric cars; visits to Down House (of Charles Darwin fame) and Crossness Pumping Station; the Higgs boson, and what's in our food.
